World Read Aloud Day is held annually on the first Wednesday of every February to celebrate the power of reading aloud. This year was on February 3rd and we were invited by Alissa, the librarian at Brophy Elementary School in Framingham, Massachusetts to join them and read and talk about our graphic novel!
We joined two classes via zoom and chatted with the students in English and Spanish about Fantastic Tales of Nothing, we didn’t have much time but it was a lovely experience. The students were very surprised when we revealed our graphic novel took 3 years to make, they also sent us these thank you comments.
Thank you so much again to Alissa for inviting us and the students that joined us we hope you had fun as much as we did.
